OFCCP Compliance Readiness Self-Assessment
Could You Respond in 30 Days?
A practical self-assessment for federal contractors subject to VEVRAA and Section 503 who want to know where their documentation gaps are before a scheduling letter arrives.
Most contractors do the outreach. Fewer can produce the records that prove it inside the window OFCCP gives them. This assessment tells you which of the five areas OFCCP reviews is your exposure point.

What You’ll Learn
Five Areas. One Honest Assessment.
Work through the five areas OFCCP typically requests documentation on, mark Yes or No on each item, and leave knowing which section would slow down an evaluation.
The assessment covers Written Programs, Job Posting and Distribution Compliance, Outreach Documentation, Recordkeeping and Applicant Tracking, and Scheduling Letter Readiness. Each section explains what OFCCP looks for and gives you statements to mark against your current practice. The scoring guide at the end interprets your pattern of answers, including what mixed answers in a single section usually mean and why gaps across multiple sections compound. Answer "No" to more than two items in any section and you have a documentation gap worth closing now rather than under deadline.
